Prior to the economic crisis I read an article that indicated that graduating college students were making job-decisions based on how "green" companies were. I'm not sure they have that luxury at the moment, but the good thing is that "going green" has infiltrated every part of society and the movement and practices will only get stronger. http://www.search-jobs-in-boston.com/articles/boston-college-grads-care-about-companies-green-standards.htm
