I'm a big proponent of your environment having an adverse effect on your mental capacities for College success - and I think a lot of your points, while they do not have so much to do with the "Functionality" factors (cost, location, etc) - they are quite important to a students mindset. I could add another hundred variables probably (!) but these are some of the most important. Good luck out there everyone.
