		<description>Although not surprising, this is certainly great news for proponents of college education. In fact, a survey conducted by the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics had similar findings. According to their survey (http://www.bls.gov/emp/ep_chart_001.htm), not only were the unemployment rates much lower for college grads in 2009, but their average earnings were also a lot more than those who held a High School diploma or less. I think that should settle the debate over whether college degree programs are worth it or not for at least some time to come!</description>
