If only our household did make close to 100,000. My mom is disabled and she gets arond $675.00 a month and my job if I am lucky enough to be put on the hours don't even make $15,000 a year. I have put many job applaications in but no luck so far. I keep applying at the same places so as either I can walk or take the bus. My poppy once told me a story on how he got his job of 36 years. He went in to apply at Betz Chemical's in Philadelphia, Pa. after filling out the application the secretary said TY and we will contact you if hired, As he was walking out the door he noticed her filing it. He asked her what she was doing and she said putting it in the file ,so of course his answer was I will be back tomorrow to fill out another. She replied that she would do the same tomorrow. Well the next day came and there was my poppy ready to fill out another application and just as he was asking her for the paper work a gentleman walked in and asked him if he had just been in here yesrterday and of course he replied yes and I will be here tomorrow till I get an answer. The gentleman said no you do not have to come back I am telling you to report here tomorrow at 7 AM sharp. He was the president of the company and that was 36 years later. Be persistant he always told me, this way they know that you are serious. I am not sure if I am eligible for this scholarship. Can you please let me know.
