We see that a majority of students do change their major after getting to college. This is not a bad thing at all, but we also want to share with you a few ways to do some research about your major before you get there.

1. Check out what students are saying about their major. At Butler, we have 8 bloggers in 8 different majors who share their daily lives. They give you an inside look at what it is like to be in their specific major. Read more at http://go.butler.edu/cs

2. Read up on the website. Every admission website has more information than you'll ever need to know about each major. Narrow down your top few and go from there.

3. Ask a student about their experience. At Butler, you can chat with one of our students 5 days a week. Everyday there is a different person with a different perspective that you can ask questions to. http://ow.ly/JUz2

These are just a few more helpful hints to what is a fantastic article.
