		<description>Cappex.com and Zinch.com both offer great scholarship resources as well. But I totally agree with talking to a counselor. A lot of the time, local scholarships are the easiest to get because other students simply won't talk to their counselors and won't find out about them.

Students also should start early -- really early -- because deadlines come quickly.</description>
